Overview
CA File Master Plus for DB2 for z/OS is a DB2 data manipulation and testing tool for application developers. You can browse and edit DB2 data from an Eclipse-based user interface (Eclipse UI) or from z/OS ISPF interface. The CA File Master Plus for DB2 for z/OS Eclipse UI is a workstation alternative for the traditional mainframe interface.
You can install Eclipse UI on a Windows computer as an application or as a plug-in to Eclipse-integrated development environment (IDE).
CA File Master Plus for DB2 for z/OS contains a powerful set of utility functions for editing, browsing, copying and maintaining DB2 data. You can use the Eclipse UI to do the following tasks:

Access data from multiple subsystems simultaneously.

Browse and edit data from DB2 objects through an easy to use graphical user interface.

Use filter selection criteria to refine search results on DB2 objects.
